  3.          You can switch between 3 separate files of 800 things each
  4.          with File/Open. If you wish to move items including the
  5.          topics for the items between files, use Edit/Move to File,
  6.          and select those items from the current view which you
  7.          wish to move. You can set the names for the files from
  8.          File/Open as well. You needn't use file names, just the
  9.          word you wish to describe the file. Files are color coded
  10.          by the background of the main screen.
